Editing of the building dossier of schools in the Municipality of Rome including:
Mamiani Institute, Duca d’Aosta Institute, Colombo Institute, Ex Leonardo da Vinci Institute and Cattaneo Institute
The Building Dossier, although no longer mandatory, is a useful tool for checking the “health” of the building, aimed at controlling the building stock for the purposes of static security of buildings.
It is the result of a cognitive and evaluative process regarding the structural and urbanistic characteristics and the maintenance status of a building.
It was introduced in the urban regulations of the Municipality of Rome with Municipal Council Resolution n.166/99.
