The client is engaged throughout the entire project life cycle, from design to management. This is made possible thanks to the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM Design) tools.

Multi-dimensional building models allow to simulate, through special virtual reality software, all the development phases, for example, of a work-space or infrastructure, up to the use and maintenance phases. Unlike a simple CAD tool, which delivers a three-dimensional model of a building’s geometry, a BIM design information model includes much more information, such as geographic location, geometry, properties of materials, components, systems, networks and technical elements, development phases, maintenance operations, end-of-cycle disposal or building energy management.

The European Union also promotes the use of BIM tools in the design and construction of public works.
The BIM system is in fact recognised by Brussels as a useful tool to improve the transparency and effectiveness of procurement procedures.
