The intervention stems from the need to recover an abandoned space located near the Ostiense FS station. From a thorough study of the energy characteristics of the envelope, the structural, plant and architectural upgrading of the building starts.
The goal of placing an executive center within spaces created to accommodate flows of travelers is realized through the opening of light wells and the insertion of glass volumes in order to increase the brightness and well-being of the environments. Exposed fixtures and post-industrial finishes characterize the interior spaces, while the envelope remains unchanged.
