PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Project for the implementation of GSM and UMTS mobile radio coverage in the stations and tunnels of LINE A and LINE B.
The Rome Metro project a concerned the construction of the network infrastructure suitable for providing GSM and UMTS mobile radio coverage in the stations and tunnels of LINE A and LINE B.

DETAIL OF PROJECT OPERATIONS

  • Station coverage from Laurentina to Termini (LINE A)
  • Station coverage from Vittorio to Anagnina (LINE A)
  • Coverage of the entire B LINE

Five “Primary Stations,” stations where technical rooms were built to install BTSs, operator Node Bs, and optical Master Units, and “Secondary Stations” where remotes were installed.
