The project entrusted to Di La SiA Architecture Group focuses on the importance of designing in just 90 square meters a small villa that offers comfort and unique style, breaking with the standardized constructions typical of the area.
The goal was to value residential projects for young families wishing to invest in new housing, nowadays characterized by small spaces.
Architecture thus assumes a strategic role in small spaces.
The linear floor plan follows the shape of the long and narrow lot, and the interior space is characterized by through windows that allow visual communication between the interior and exterior spaces, creating places with a strong identity.
Indeed, on the ground floor, the entrance to the house opens in a linear sequence that connects the kitchen, dining room and living room without physical barriers and in continuity with the garden.
Treated as if they were empty and full, the private spaces of the sleeping area and the convivial spaces of the living area are highlighted by the choice of different materials.
Exposed stone was used to create introspection while the contemporary structure with glass and metal sloping roof gives the structure a contemporary, unique and distinctive identity.
