PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Obtaining the Fire Prevention Certificate related to the activities listed below subject to Control by the Provincial Fire Department Command. of Rome and serving the headquarters of the offices of the Telecom Italia S.P.A Company in Via di Valcannuta 182 in Rome involved a building with a total area of 38,797.87 square meters, in particular :

  • No. 1 garage consisting of No. 2 compartments, with an area greater than 3000sqm
  • No. 5 Deposits of paper, cartons present in the basement
  • No. 1 professional kitchen room with heat input of 246.8 kW
  • office space, with more than 800 people in attendance

THE ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT WERE.

  • Retrieval and verification of existing documentation from the developer and the Fire Department command;
  • Site verification and identification of subject activities according to Presidential Decree August 1, 2011, N 151;
  • Verification of the location of the settlement in consideration of surrounding or neighboring activities;
  • Verification of external, internal, protective and buffer distances as well as accessibility to emergency vehicles;
  • Identify relevant and applicable regulations, laws, and standards for individuals;
  • Fire engineering design
  • Instruction application for project conformity opinion and S.C.I.A. file for obtaining C.P.I.;
  • Performing function tests in order to be able to detect malfunctions or deficiencies;
  • Construction management for proper implementation of the planned work.
